On-line driver education course. This is a DMV approved on-line course.
Konocti School of Driving has a Driver Education course you take right from your computer. You can begin right away after enrolling. You will be linking with our affiliate driving school. After you enroll, click on "STUDENT LOGIN" and your journey to earning your license has began. (Not sure of the steps, click on "How to Start", or give us a call or sent an email. We will be happy to explain the steps to you).
This online course was created by our affiliate driving school. This online Driver Education course is designed to be as convenient and interesting as possible. The course has included interactive games, driving tips, and videos to assist your learning while actually enjoying your time on the site. You work at your own pace and around your own schedule. If you leave the site, your information and test scores will be saved, so you can log back in any time and continue with the course.

Step 1: Fill out the registration form and establish a username and password. When your credit card has been approved, you can begin your course work right away.
Step 2: Go to the Student login Button on the Home Page. Enter your username and password. Once accepted, you can begin the Online Driver Education class.
Step 3: The course is divided into 22 chapters, with videos and clips throughout. Once you finish each chapter there is a multiple choice test to reinforce your learning. In order to progress to the next chapter you will have to pass the practice test with 75% proficiency. You may retake the practice test as many times as you like.
Step 4: Chapter 22 is the Final Examination and has 50 questions. You must achieve a 75% passing grade in order to complete the course and receive the Certificate of Completion (OL237). There is no penalty for failing and you can take the final as many times as needed.
Step 5: The online class must be completed within 30 days from the date you register for the course. The time may be extended for special circumstances.
Step 6: When you have successfully completed the Driver Education course, we will mail the original certificate of completion to you within a few days. Your fee for the course includes the entire program and completion certificate. Completion certificates are processed on site and signed by an instructor. For this reason, we are unable to fax, email, or mail photocopies of certificate. You will need to enroll in Driver Training before going to the DMV to earn your permit.
